Oleander Restaurant is the newest acquisition of Riaz and his family, who also run the well known and celebrated Jashan Restaurant at Karaoglanoglu, Girne, in the TRNC. As well as an extensive menu and well-stocked bar, the restaurant also offers its customers swimming free of charge in the purpose-built pool, and a sunbathing area.

Built in the Colonial style, and originally designed to house the family of plantation owners, Oleander invites you to step back in time, and sip your sundowner amongst some of the finest examples of palm trees on the island. Relax in the comfortable bar area of a summer evening, enjoy superb international or Indian food at lunch or dinner on the terraces, at tables interspersed among the shady vegetation, or cosy-up in the winter, indoors, with its unique décor and discreet dining areas.
Where are we?
Oleander Restaurant, the sister of Jashan, is easy to find on the main road out of Girne, through Karaoglanoglu, and just past the turning to Çiçekmahallesi ( i.e. after the turning left at Bellfoods). It is well signposted. In addition to a dedicated car-park through the front gates and to the right, there is plenty of off-road parking at the front of the restaurant. |
